Water Damage from water heater

The customer had a water leak from the water heater. The water leak had been going on for some time. Mold was discovered to be growing on the sheetrock. Our team set up containment to isolate that area from the remainder of the structure and set an air scrubber inside the contained are. They then removed the affected sheetrock and cleaned the area with a suitable anti-microbial. The team then set air movers and dehumidifiers to dry the affected area along with other areas in the home that were affected also.  The job was dried out according to the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) standards.
